Community Living Supports provides instruction, assistance and support to people with developmental disabilities in all living areas, including health and safety, finances, home environment, relationships, personal support and community access. These individualized services make it possible for our clients to live independently in their own homes.
In addition, CLS has a 24-hour Emergency Response System, access to low-income housing in Sonoma County, and offers many trips and community activities to our clients.
Our experienced and professional staff is able to provide services in Spanish and American Sign Language, as needed. They facilitate support groups for men, women and parents, as well as community activities, day trips and extended vacations.
Our Personal Support services provide direct assistance to those clients who have physical disabilities or need extra support in their home. Our Personal Assistants work for and with clients on tasks such as cooking and cleaning, often in coordination with
In-Home Support Services. |
